Interesting, unfortunately I can't help, but maybe Max will have some insight into this lamp..?

It's really difficult to say which additives are used in this particular lamp from this spectrum, which is clearly dominated by mercury. Running the lamp at less than 10 % of its nominal wattage is clearly not enough to vaporize a sufficient amount of the iodide additives for a spectral identification. When it comes to MH lamps for reprographic applications there are several possibilities for the fill chemistry which involve the following elements: indium, gallium, thallium, iron, cobalt, lead, tin, nickel.

Thanks Max, if I can set it up so that I can capture the spectrum better and run the lamp at a much higher loading I might have another go at investigating. I really need to try making a better and calibrated spectroscope. I initially did suspect mercury in there but there were a number of other lines making me unsure with out a side by side comparison.
