13A Plug Checker Card We got this when we did our portable appliance testing course. It's a card to check the dimensions of the standard BS1363 13A plug as used in the UK. There are so many counterfeit plugs appearing on the market these days that it's important to check that a plug is genuine. By putting the pins of the plug through the holes in the card, it can be determined if they are within the required specification. Keywords: Miscellaneous

An essential bit of kit, though sometimes just a quick glance at the plug will tell you that it's not kosher. Mind Blown
