Sylvania H33GL-400/DX 400W Deluxe White Mercury Vapor Lamp
This is a rare version of an H33GL-400/DX, being that is an ED37 from the 1980's. Usually, I don't find these as interesting as the BT37's, but this is one rare bird.

So, GE made BT-shaped lamps as an option while Sylvania made E-shaped lamps as an option... There really was a time period when US lamp manufacturers did not agree on bulb shape.

Its actually easier to find the GE HR400DX33/BT37 than this one from Sylvania.

Interesting! I didn't know Sylvania experimented with the ED shape before when they started sourcing lamps from Philips and later from China.
