I would also like to know what difference there is in photometry between the two designs. Maybe it's just one design specifically made for smaller lamps such as the CosmoWhite, and the other one is more universal and can be used with standard larger HPS and MH lamps (but happens to be fitted with a Cosmo lamp here)... You have the two lanterns, so you can do some nighttime testing to see if there are any significant differences
