I have a couple of the 120V US versions somewhere, must find the photo.

I got a few of those (in 230 V) from work. They are surprisingly robust, one has been used for about ten years in an outdoor luminaire switched by a PIR sensor - clearly not the recommended usage - and it is still working fine...

I have found the pictures of the 120V lamps we have, they are GE rather than Philips, see here PAR lamp
