I think the date code is November 2019 but I could be wrong, I often am Rolling Eyes

November 2019 is correct. The lamp was made roughly a year before Iwasaki ended its production of mercury lamps.

Nice find, looking forward to seeing mine. The R20 version is pretty interesting too as I think the face of the lamp is more curved than your typical R20 lamp.
