Tungar Lamp
Strictly, more a valve than a a lamp, although it looks like one with the GES base and it does emit light. It is actually an early rectifier designed for battery charging systems (6v and 12V accumulators).  It comprises a hot directly heated cathode and a carbon anode. The bulb is filled with argon gas and some other vapour and emissive elements.

Think it's difficult to find one of these you can see into it clearly. I have two and they have deposits on the glass obstructing the view a bit
