If it's the same as the one we've got, it's 60W but they were made in other ratings.

Is the right answer! it is 60W. But I can't see a physical difference between the 45 and 60w lamps Wonder

Probably not many, quite a lot of lamps can run fine on the wrong power gear. They won't like it, it will likely result in a reduced life, but they can do it.
I think Photon did an experiment wiht an 80W MBFU lamp, he took it up to a 400W SON ballast before it went pop Mind Blown
