Justrite Pendragon Dual Filament Hand lantern

This was an Antique store find . It uses 3-6V lantern bateries wired in Parallel . With 3-6V batteries , it's a bit on the heavy side ! It's in pretty nice shape for being about 70 yrs. old ! There's a small amount of corrosion on the lamp housing and the battery door but nothing serious . According to the catalog I found online , this lantern cost $19.95 back in 1956 .

I currently have only 2 batteries in it for testing and it works perfectly .

Great find Tim...when i first saw this, I thought that it would take an H4/9003, and then remembered that an H4 hadn't been invented yet. Laughing
