GE PAR38 Constant Color Self Ballasted MH Lamp

Already having the Philips 220-240V 25W version of these, I thought I would see how the US 120V 23W ones compare, so I found a couple on US eBay. Physically they are pretty much identical, and I suspect the electronics are similar as well, taking into account the voltage and frequency differences. A rather nice feature of the packaging of these lamps is that the manufacturing date is printed clearly on the label, which saves a lot of messing about with date codes..!
