GE 6W Standard Cool White Found this lamp at a Restore inside a newer GE F6T5 sleeve. It was only a dollar and it looked like it still worked so I bought it. Thanks! That's my guess as well, I found it inside a modern GE F6T5 sleeve priced at $1, took a look inside and saw the lamp was old so I decided to take a chance on it and luckily it still worked.
