GEC 90W SOX lantern A night time image of an old GEC Z9454 lantern I use in the garden burning a 90W GEC SOX. These are becoming nostalgic as there once were so many of these around. Seeing it lit takes you back to your youth. It was easy to identify the lamp manufacturer looking at these end on when lit. This lantern dates from the early 1970s and the bowl has unfortunately started to fog a bit.
