Sodium resistance

There still are some pockets of resistance holding out against the onslaught of LEDs. Such is the case of the Eindhoven central station's rail yard, which is still illuminated with 400 or 600 W high-pressure sodium lamps, perched high above the ground. I shot this scene (and the three others that follow) with my new Voigtländer Nokton 50mm f/1.0, a lens so bright it can literally see in the dark. I've added a bit of halation for a more filmic rendition.

Always loved railways, spent 15 years working for British Rail, sadly it went downhill after privatisation and I left soon after. Lovely scene, this Cool
