Definitely less common than standard HPS lamps. This one is a British-made (Shaw, England) and rebranded Osram Vialox NAV-T 250W De Luxe from April 1994. Its light-technical specs are: 23 klm, 92 lm/W, 2200 K, 65 Ra8. The electrical specs are the same as those of standard 250 W HPS lamps.
