Philips Historische Producten museum Eindhoven (29/52)

Various carbon filament lamps on display, with some decorative models visible on the top left. The miniature visible on top is that of a larger bronze sculpture from 1966 representing the "Lampenmaakstertje", a girl holding a lamp and its end cap together while the cap cement cures. This was common practice in the early days before the production of lamps became mechanized in the early 20th century. The sculpture was a gift of retired personnel to the company.
