I find it very interesting how you guys created unusual HPS lamp wattages to fit applications that were catered for with mercury lamps. This is revealing of lighting practices that are different from ours in Europe. As far as I know only GEC of England offered HPS lamps in wattages outside the classic 100/150/250/400/1000W steps here.

A lot of municipalities have lighting standards which require specific lumen levels which haven't been updated in DECADES ! Very Happy The City Of Columbus actually speciffically calls for Sylvania lamps for use in their lighting quotes ! (Good luck with that in the era of LED !)

Interesting, over here most municipalities had lists of approved luminaires and lamps for streetlighting back in the HID days, some of which was out of date. I remember around 15 years ago coming across the Powerlite B2255 as one of the approved luminaires, a model that hasn't been made for 30+ years.

MV lumen matched lamps weren't that common here, aside from 200w which some municipalities used instead of 250w. I think 400w HPS was the replacement for 700w MV here.
