Spectro 16w Bullet CFL
First lamp of 2025, Here's a Spectro 16w bullet CFL from a thrift store.

This was originally sold at a defunct Canadian chain of hardware stores known as Beaver Lumber for $20, around $40 now. It has a Ontario Hydro $5 rebate form from 1991, long expired. Made in Japan but I'm not sure who the OEM was.

I'd say this lamp was made by Hitachi or Matsushita (National Panasonic).

Interesting. The inner tube reminded me quite a bit of the open ended one used on the older Hitachi lamps, but I wasn't able to tell if this one had the same design.
