Thrive ® 50w R-20 Heat Lamp

I bought this from a local pet store . It's designed for Reptile use . I however have it mounted in a socket under the hood of my 1993 Subaru pointed about 6" from the battery . It's been really COLD here lately so every little bit helps . I leave for work at around 4:45 A.M. . All I do is plug in the cord which I leave sticking out from under the hood when i get home and unplug it before I leave in the morning .
