Nice classic! Made not too long after Sylvania introduced the first (vanadate) /DX phosphor (1966).

Great find! Rare to see /DX lamps from the 60s IMO. Would like to find one of these, or at least a /DX cleartop one to go with my 100w BT25 clear.
