Working on a BTH Amber Recently I got a chance to be up close to this stunning piece; a 1950s BTH Amber lantern. It's had a replica bowl and replacement GEC gear fitted, but this workhorse soldiers on, complete with original asbestos wires and undrilled for a photocell.
