I'm all fixed now, but it was a wake up call that I must do more to take care of my health.! 
And I've got quite a lot of pillses that I need to take now.

Incredibly the proofs are back after only a few days, so we will be working on them when I get out of hospital.

Three years on from Ria having had a heart attack it's my turn to have one. Luckily it was a relatively mild one, and I'm waiting to have an angiogram to see what needs to be fixed.
